Course Description:

For the first time in history, women are stepping into leadership roles within every industry. Given the current challenges that leaders must face every day, effective leadership is needed now more than ever before. As a woman in leadership, everything about you will be tested and you must know how to respond to remain effective and not be burned. This 40-hour seminar has been designed to help you be equipped to lead with confidence and lead well.

During this 40 hour seminar, we will have an interactive, high-level leadership conversation where we will:

•  Discuss No-Nonsense wisdom truths of leadership for women.
•  Learn the strategies that can increase your influence in the workplace and position you to be heard, acknowledged respected as a leader with authority.
•  Understand the political games that are played in the workplace and how to navigate around the blind spots, pitfalls, and landmines in the workplace.
•  Discover the 4 areas to speak to in order to professionalize conflict situations and how to use 5 different conflict resolutions styles.
• Recognize the FIRES of leadership and develop strategies to navigate through them effectively.
•  Have an in-depth assessment review, using our top level Tri-Metrix Leadership Assessment which will reveal: HOW you do what you do; WHY you do what you do: and your EQ. We will see how these 3 areas combined are your strengths as a leader as well as put together a development plan based on the participant’s assessment results
• Seminar Pre-requisite: All attendees must complete the on-line 3 part assessment PRIOR to the course. There are no exceptions! The link to complete will be sent 15 days before the start of the seminar.
