CURRICULUM: Being a leader in today’s work environment is not easy. With continuing change and non-stop demands the best supervisors must have the skills necessary to be effective in their new role. This class is designed to help those that are in positions of leadership to develop and hone the skills they need in their leadership roles.

Seminar Prerequisite: Each participant must complete a 3-part on-line assessment prior to the seminar. The link and password will be emailed to the participant approximately 2 weeks prior to the seminar. Each attendee’s report results will be brought by the facilitator to the training session for debriefing during the seminar.
