Course Description:

This No-Nonsense 32-hour Leadership workshop is designed to assist those that are currently in a leadership position and for those being developed to step into leadership. It will provide No-Nonsense strategies of leadership to help develop and hone the skills they need to be effective in their roles. This training will also impart high-level leadership insight and techniques for the more seasoned leaders.

BELOW IS A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WILL BE COVERED DURING THIS 32-HOUR DEEP DIVE LEADERSHIP SESSION:

DAY ONE: For the opening day of the training, we will discuss No-Nonsense strategies, basics and wisdom truths of leadership that set the course for leaders to be effective. We will discover the landmines and pitfalls of leadership that must be avoided at all costs and discuss how to effectively navigate the F.I.R.E.S. of leadership.
DAY TWO: During this portion of the training we will discuss how effective leaders make decisions, delegate authority effectively, and communicate to get things done. We will understand the power of team dynamics and how to lead your team in tough times. We will also review our leadership behavioral assessments to see “HOW” we do what we do as a leader.
DAY THREE: We will delve deeper and discuss how effective leaders manage and professionalize conflict for right outcomes. We will review our Driving Forces assessments to learn “WHY” we do what we do as leaders.
DAY FOUR: On this final day we will tackle the issue of leading through workplace politics. We will understand how No-Nonsense Leaders lead in highly political work environments without losing their integrity and discuss the power of habits and how wrong habits can either make a leader or break a leader.

AT THE END OF THIS TRAINING SESSION PARTICIPANTS WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH TOOLS TO BE ABLE TO:

• Engage and interact more effectively when encountering difficult people behavior and situations.
