Coach Charles is the Chief Administrative Operations Officer (CAO) of No-Nonsense Training Solutions, Inc. and runs the day-to-day operations of the business. With over 25 years in Law Enforcement and Corrections as a Field Training Officer (FTO), with the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) Department of Detention, he brings a vast knowledge of training and development in that field.

Coach Charles is very service-oriented. Prior to joining BSO, he served his country in the United States Marine Corp. And before stepping into his current role, he spent several years as a Community Outreach Liaison with BSO and made a major contribution in the community that he served.

Coach Charles has a passion for helping others succeed. He possesses the uncanny ability to discern and understand the unspoken needs of those that he is training or coaching.

In February 2019, Coach Charles joined No-Nonsense Training Solutions as the fulltime CAO. The powerfully positive impact that he has made for the organization in such a short time is nothing short of miraculous.
